You will go through four phases to reach your weight loss goals under the VLCD system. First, we will help you create a diet that allows your body to adjust to the program. Once your body has acclimated, the real weight loss can begin by using NutriMeds wide assortment of meals and snacks. We will also work with you to develop healthier habits to maintain your achieved weight loss. Once you get close to your weight loss goal, we will gradually reintroduce grocery foods into your diet in a healthy, sustainable manner. The final phase is maintenance where you stick to your new healthy diet and enjoy the rewards of all your hard work.
