Wellness includes exercise, proper nutrition and vitamins that we need to ensure the various systems in our bodies are operating optimally. We offer Good Measure Meals as seen on the TV shows “The Biggest Loser Atlanta” and “Ruby”. Good Measure MealsTM are a new and fresh option for Atlanta's health conscious individuals who want to eat well. The Good Measure MealsTM plan is a convenient and affordable way to get balanced nutrition while enjoying fresh, ready-to-eat meals. The meals are different from those online meal services that ship you food that is frozen, freeze-dried and full of preservatives. All of the meals are prepared right in Atlanta with no added preservatives and are delivered fresh. We offer 4 different calorie levels ranging from 1200 to 2100 calories per day and 2 calorie options on our Dinner Plans.
Good Measure Meals incorporates nutrition recommendations of the American Diabetes Association making the meals helpful if you are managing type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
