Tips to Lose 10lbs Quickly

The easiest way to lose 10 pounds quickly is to join our VLCD program. People in this program have averaged losing about 3 pounds per week. Every compliant patient has lost at least 18 to 20 pounds in the first six weeks.

However, if you're not ready for the VLCD our regular program is about cutting carbs in half. Before joining our plan most of your diets were about 70% carbs. We've asked you to reduce that 35 to 40% of your diet. If you stick to your carb number (which is usually about 25 carbs per meal for women and 35 carbs per meal for men) you don't have to worry about the percentages, everything will work out. Below are three easy ways to lose 10 pounds By easily cutting your carbs in half.



Commit to making one of your major meals only protein and vegetables. Doing this reduces your carbs by 25%.

Replace one of your major meals with a meal replacement that's at least 25 to 30 g of protein and under 25 carbs.

Eat in afternoon snack that is at least 15 g of protein. Examples of that would be a decent protein bar or even the P3 snacks sold in grocery stores.
